Shipping policy
This text is taken word for word from clauses 8 and 5.4 of our Terms and Conditions. The Terms are the contract.
Clause 8 – Delivery and transfer of risk
Until your parcel is in your hands, it is our responsibility.
- Transfer of risk (Art. VI.44 WER): the risk of loss, theft or damage in transit stays with KARMICA BV until you, or a third party you designate (other than the carrier), take physical possession.
- Delivery area: we deliver to addresses in the member states of the European Union. Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct.
- Delivery times (estimates): Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg: within 24 hours; rest of the European Union: 2–3 working days.
- Delays: unless another date was agreed, we deliver within 30 days of the contract. If we do not, you can ask for delivery within an additional reasonable period. If we still fail to deliver, you can end the contract and receive a full refund of everything you paid within 14 calendar days of termination.
Shipping charges (clause 5.4): memberships ship free within the European Union. For Try Once, the shipping charge for your delivery zone is shown at checkout before payment.
